Terms and Conditions

• All work entered must be original

• Participants are to ensure their entries meet the outlined submission requirements

• Closing date is 1 April 2021.

• Participants who take photos of people or places as part of their entry must obtain explicit consent for such images to be used for purposes of the competition.  

• Determination of the winners are final and without appeal in all matters related to this competition and the awarding of the prizes.

• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging of the competition.

• The names and entries of finalists will be announced in newspapers, online and in social media

• All entries or any part of them may be published online or offline, in a book or used as part of an exhibition. 

• The organiser assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunction in their submission.

• The organiser reserves the right to abandon the competition for any reason, including if the number of entries is insufficient

• Entrants must comply with these rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the competition.
